I enjoyed the second dive on the Portland Dredger even more than the first. I even swam through rusting bits of the wreck. There was more light and the visibility was better than on the first dive. Towards the end Dave and I had to demonstrate our mask-clearing skills and take our regulators out of our mouths. At the end we had both completed Novice Diver II and duly got our books stamped by Kevan. Afterward I got blisters on two of my knuckles from holding onto the handles on the side of the boat. Lesson learned: wear gloves while going out in an inflatable boat or hold onto something else.
